Hilary & Bryan| Intimate Backyard Wedding | Dallas Wedding Photographer | Christa Robey Photography

Wedding

Two families became one on November 17th when Hilary and Bryan committed themselves to each other along with their three beautiful daughters. They had an intimate backyard wedding at their home with their closest friends and family. It was so special and Hilary did a fabulous job at choosing all of the “details”.

They had cake AND mini pies for dessert! The mini pies were the cutest and everyone said they were delicious. They also both shared a special gift with each other before the wedding. Hilary gave Bryan custom cuff links that said “Grow old with me. The best is yet to be”. Cue the tears! It was so sweet and unique. As I was gathering up all of Hilary’s details I asked her if she had any jewelry she wanted me to photograph. She told me she didn’t have anything special and to not worry about it. Not too long after that, Bryan delivered her wedding gift and it was a beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings. He knew what she wanted before she did! That’s the great thing about love. Your spouse is always looking out for you and also there to give you special gifts when you need them most. 😉

I love when my couples do special things like this. I’ve seen gifts given to each other, notes written to each other, a private prayer together before the wedding, etc. No matter what you choose, they are all so special and I get so excited to photograph these moments each time.

Hilary and Bryan, thank you so much for asking me to capture your special day! I am so happy I was able to meet you both and get to know your family. I am honored that you chose me as your wedding photographer.
